Reckless driving One-Eyed High School kid side swiped me on Interstate last year. No injuries, but easily totaled my 10 year old 535i M-Sport. My car was still drivable. Sheet metal damage was hardly noticeable. Left front wheel pushed forward 2 inches meant new rack and pinion. That part alone replacement cost $10K (including labor). Without an attorney you will only get market value at time of accident, no compensation. Hope you can get attorney.

100% totaled. Rear body, frame rail, quarter is severely buckled in. Fortunately m340s are easy to replace and I’m sure he will be back in no time.

@@samstuckey Similar thing happened to me when i was at a red light. Neck was really sore the day after. I suggest getting your neck looked at if you haven't cause I'm still dealing with pain.
