Great video! Very informative. I took my 65 Coronet to the track last weekend for the first time and discovered I have really really bad axle wrap on take off. Not sure if I should go with HD leafs or what you did. I really dig the Caltrac look. How does it drive and if you takeoff hard?

Hey thanks man. I appreciate that. It drive pretty good. It’s a little stiffer in the rear because I went with their mono leafs too. And I haven’t tried it on the track yet. But on the street it still boils the tires if you take off from a dead ass stop 😂 but I am happy with them.

Hope you checked your driveline angle. The pinion looks like it is nose-up too far.

Thanks for sharing question is why not just get inboard spring relocation kit? it seems like a great idea. or maybe down the road

@@RandomActsOfRyan . I been Measuring. and i think 275/60/15 is possible with 15x8 5.5 or 5.75 rear backspacing. A-Bodies only Forem ,guy says you can pick upp 5/8" by just moving Mounts in and rear shackles withouth cutting

How much did the springs settle after a few month? They are in my Summit cart 😁

It's not Culver's it's Calvert LoL buy u some afco sliders they work great with this setup.

Sliders are great for racing but are really noisy if you drive the car on the street.
