    Usually the first two weeks will be hard in this diet. And your energy will be low until you are fat adapted. Once your body start using fat for energy, you will have more endurance. Your body will have steady energy than spikes. Mental clarity will be better. If you have inflammations in your body like joint pains and all will be gone. Your skin will get better. Better chance for autophagy because of ketosis. Your body will repair itself. You will lose weight if you are fat. If you are thin, you will get healthy. Lean Mass Hyper responder body type people have higher cholesterol inversely proportional to their BMI. They are very healthy. A recent study showed the leaner the person the higher the cholesterol. Teeth will get better probably because you will stop munching all the time. If you have issues like piles , it will be gone. It is very helpful mentally. Reduced mood swings. Better energy all the time. Better sleep. When you sleep, you will have good sleep. And when you wake up, you will feel fresh. You wont feel lazy to wake up. There are many more benefits like it reverses many diseases, like diabetes, thyroid, fatty liver etc. One of the reasons for these all benefits of this diet is assumed to be because ot avoids all junk and toxic foods. All processed food items are avoided. Red meat has all the nutrients you needed. You are basically avoiding everything that may contain toxics like most vegetables and fruits. Vegetables like spinach has lot of oxalates in them which can cause for kidney stones or joint pains. Fruits have fructose which can cause fatty liver. You are avoiding all of these items. You eat only red meat, ghee, salt, eggs, meat in general. You are stopping yourself killing you slowly by avoiding all the toxins from your diet. Thats why this is called elimination diet. It may seem hard at first but once you are fat adapted, your cravings for carbohydrates will be gone.
