Vietnamese here, ever since they were known for having Obama and Bourdain visited, the shop’s quality fell off, and the price had gone up significantly (and it’s kind off a tourist trap). You’re better off eating Bun Cha at a normal street vendor imo.

I saw you walking down the street in Hanoi the other day (on To Ngoc Van st). I was on the back of a bike and tried to wave but you didn’t see me lol😂 (not that you know me) Anyways I hope you love Hanoi. Amazing and special city

As a vietnamese, we just usually cook the pork and all the ingredient while frying the spring rolls (it makes the spring rolls less dry)

I live in hanoi too and i was there last year with my family and its sooo gooodd!! Love that u liked it too xD
