Seniors should not purchase these villas and flats outright especially if they have already an accommodation and if their children are abroad. All these senior communities have rules of reselling only to other seniors which restricts your options and your children if abroad, coming and settling in these places is very remote. So think ten times and insist on only renting with only a decent refundable deposit. If you start this trend it will also benefit the future seniors and everyone will be protected from greedy flyby night operators. Also check if they have an ambulance and how far is the nearest hospital. I’m mentioning this because I lost my husband recently though living bang inside the city due to ambulance delay.

A friend of mine with same qualifications and same values stayed in India with a central govt job. after 20+ years he could not afford to buy a house.. sorry, apartment in chennai. he strictly avoids getting any bribe though he is in such a position. his family stays in a 2 BH rental apartment and children go to KV school.

It will be undivided of share land nothing other than building you own nothing Basic Water supply sewage street lights roads carbage clearance internet TV etc are common . So you will milked till you become dry in the name of maintanance charges . So if you donot get any thing if you let it out . Example Bashyam Buiders near mevallurkuupam .All facilities in,panchayat are un approved STP Bore wells in panchayat area . people have rented house 2/3 BHK for,a paltry sum of 6000/_.

சொந்தங்கள் வந்து போவது தான் சொந்த வீடு இப்படி தனிக்கூடு வீடாகாது.
