Seems like you just need to feel the car a bit more. Can tell the nerves caused these mistakes, next time you'll be more relaxed and you'll be able to do better! also maybe slightly lower pressures would help, rear almost seemed like it had no side bite and the car only wanted to drive at max angle

What do you mean by dialed? Cars set up fine. Just need to learn more and get better. The best way to do that is to drive more and get comfortable chasing. Competing does just that on top of me simply wanting to do it.

@@stack3dit It's all about setup, it's just like race cars. Don't jump in the deep end, get comfortable with it. It should be easy to slide that car seems to fight you. Have you checked your alignment? I've seen people with basic setups drifting whole courses without spinning out. I'm not tryna be harsh man, call it constructive criticism.

First off, you don’t get better without trying. You can’t get the experience of competing without competing. Who cares if I suck at first, I’ve learnt a ton in just the 2 comps I’ve done. Secondly it’s got nothing to do with the car setup, the alignment was done by the same guy that’s set up more than half the cars in drift south. Blaming that would be an excuse and it comes down to not being fully comfortable with comp stuff and nerves getting the best of me but again, best way to learn is to do. I’m man enough to admit it’s not the car it’s just me needing to get the seat time and improve as a driver. Your comment really does say you aren’t a drifter too in the fact you point out cars with basic setups are easier to drive. Of course they are, they’re meant to learn the basics and get through the course. Not be able to tandem close 😂 I’m all for constructive criticism but when 99% of the comments you make are negative, it’s less constructive and more something else. I’ll keep getting the seat time and get better. Just sit back and watch the ride my guy 🤙
