There's tools that can make a mod pack (essentially a custom pak file IIRC) but the modelling/rigging side of this takes effort.

"ToToMania" does different versions of the Trackmania Track A01. Like the Minecraft version, some weird elevation, gravity and so on. It´s the same thing brux does but just in a racing game :D
