They are glowing because the Last Stand augment triggered when he was knocked to 1hp, which gives team wide buffs and is shown by that glowing effect

I mean, he's literally playing K'sante in his game right then. Someone calls K'sante being a fraud like he isn't the best item carrier in his team, and this new update is VERY focused on Heartsteel. No argument to be made that isn't already shown. Wishing him luck isn't even sarcastic if you realise that essentially he's making the point that you can't go into this new update thinking Ksante is terrible.
