    I bet Dennis just used the online running coach and did it in a minute. The money that was worked for was the communication back and forth, which tbh, for 5$ is cheap in itself

    Nice vid! What shoes were you running the first mile in? Just curious how much of the improvement is due to running in super shoes for the second one?

  • @TylerSpeers

    @TylerSpeers

    Ran in Vaporflys the 1st and Alphaflys the 2nd, so both are “super shoes”!

    further id say that the first shoes are more mile oriented than the alphas as the second one, so would more likely be a negative thing

    Great job for 5 bucks. I think the workouts were geared for an elite level runner and not suited for a beginner. If I used Dennis I'd probably need to ask for something slow paced until I had the proper level of fitness to attempt workouts like you just completed.

    Who cares about injuries if you’re speedy

  • @MonokelJohn

    @MonokelJohn

    4 ай бұрын

    I hope you are joking. If you get badly injured you'll have to skip training until you're healed again, which could set you back several months! You're never supposed to do too much too fast. If the coach isn't adapting to Tyler's current level and focusing on avoiding injuries, and strengthening his weak points then he's a completely useless coach.
