    Naja, kandierte Früchte enthalten ja schon Industriezucker ... vom Fruchtzucker mal ganz abgesehen. Bestimmt lecker, aber eben doch eine Zuckerbombe.

    Versuche es ohne kandierte Früchte zu machen. Es wird im Allgemeinen ohne Zucker sein ;-)

    @@LeckerePause_ Auch Trockenfrüchte enthalten jede Menge Zucker. Keinen industriellen, aber Blutzuckerspiegel, Zähnen und schlanker Linie ist das egal.

    Ja. aber der Zucker in getrockneten Früchten ist nützlicher als normal. Plus kann nur aus Nüssen und Samen hergestellt werden ;-)@@insulanerin7601
