I haven't eaten sugar for a year now! Energy dessert WITHOUT sugar and WITHOUT gelatin. You should definitely try this. A delicious and simple recipe with agar-agar and nuts. Easy to prepare and the whole Family will love it. On our channel we have a lot of delicious and simple recipes without sugar, without milk and without gluten
Rinse 1.75 oz (50 g) dried plums in hot water.
Rinse 1.75 oz (50 g) dried cranberries in hot water.
Rinse 1.75 oz (50 g) dried apricots in hot water.
Lightly toast 1.75 oz (50 g) walnuts over medium heat.
Lightly toast 1.75 oz (50 g) hazelnuts over medium heat.
1 oz (30 g) pumpkin seeds. 1 oz (30 g) sunflower seeds. lightly fry over medium heat.
Empty bottle or packaging of juice or milk.
0.25 oz (7 g) agar agar. 1 cup (240 ml) water.
Heat to a boil.
10.5 oz (300 g) mascarpone or cottage cheese.
10.5 oz (300 g) Greek yogurt.
Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

    Please let us appreciate the difference between refined sugar and natural sugars, and perhaps consider this before being negative in the comments. These may not be sugar free technically, but for those of us seeking a whole food lifestyle, they are a wonderful way to enjoy some sweet and healthy foods.     The surgar that he is using is natural sugar, not process surgar. I think that is his purpose and point.

    I don't think he will be honest with us. Considering the fact that he claims his recipes don't contain any sugar just check how much dry fruits are used in the recipes and it doesn't matter that it's not refined sugar it still counts . On top of that he never responded to anyone who asked him a question.

    Not legit. Half the ingredients in these recipes have lots of sugar. Bananas, dates, honey etc

    Sure, processed sugars are the worst but natural sugar is sugar nevertheless.Still spikes blood sugar, still promotes inflammation, decays teeth etc

    Agreed that it's a lot of sugar. A person will not be eating the whole roll! To stave off a sweet tooth a slice is all that's needed. Eaten earlier in the day, all natural sugars are burned. Please keep the negativity out of these comments.
