He is eligible to represent both nations because he has someone in his family that is from either Italy or Brazil. Another example is declan rice, who is eligible to represent either the Republic of Ireland or england

Hopefully, RLC will come back much stronger next summer. He is not a young talent anymore, but he has lots of room to improve and bounce back after wasting a season and a half recovering from an unnecessary injury. Under Sarri, he was Chelsea's second best player, and he was going in an upward spiral. I still can't understand how they risked, and forced him to play against an unheard of American club just before a waited European final. Chelsea's medical staff has to be renewed and ameliorated.
