Easy and fast tagliatelle pasta in a red sauce made like a nest filled with minced beef meat - my family asks me to cook it all the time. I like to decorate this meat pasta nests with fresh basil.

Meat:
300g of minced beef
Half an onion
Fresh parsley
Grinded garlic
Salt and pepper
Mix it all
Sauce:
Extra Virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (smashed)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 table spoon of flour
2 table spoons of tomato paste
500ml of vegetable stock
Salt and pepper
1 tea spoon of sugar
Italian herbs to taste
Start putting tagliatelle pasta into our sauce
Form cute nests with the meat we mixed before
Cook for 25 minutes on low heat
