I just dropped an album about the past year living with MS and how it affected my life and how i saw myself in the future. to be honest... I've never been healthier in my life! I haven't had another flare up since I made this video and I've been consistently exercising! the mental aspect is the harder part to deal with for me, but creating music and rock climbing keep me happy! definitely hit me up!!! DON'T GIVE UP! Stay stong and positive!!! Attitude is everything.
