what I would say about this is......we African people / black people , we are prone to high blood pressure, and high blood pressure is a major cause of kidney failure 2nd for any one going to work in these hot countries like Gulf.....there is something called heat stroke.....just we be careful, regular check up..... but personally think, for our brother here heat was your main issues for the pastor, I really don't know what to say....... but very sad
