I keep on hearing film photographers go on and on about having a "Go To Film". I don't know why you would. I always experiment with films and how I use them. Back in the 1980s and 1990s I would plan a shoot then work out what would be the best film to use.
I set up some examples for you to look at where your Go To Film may not be the correct choice.
