My friend worked at KFC and would go eat McDonald’s all the time and they wore their uniform. The McDonald’s workers would go to Dunkin. The kfc the Taco Bell the McDonald’s and Dunkin were all near each other and would trade food all the time with each other

Be with most Asian markets they are run by families. The one I used to go to I talked with the women all the time. I stopped going cause I moved and when I came back she was like I haven’t seen you in a while. One time I got the fire noodles and she was like I like them but they are too spicy for me. But they are very popular. The market I went to I loved going to and spending 50-60 dollars at a time cause they had good food fresh produce and amazing snacks. They also had very friendly staff. They loved talking with people. They liked everyone that came in and made sure we found what we needed. If we needed something translated they translated it for us.

Im actually proud of trisha for getting to a point where she pulled herself out the mindset of binge and said she wouldn't beat herself up, would change clothes and carry on and try not to binge more, sometimes binges are unavoidable if you have an ED and uncontrollable so this was a huge step

Whenever i have anxiety or i am stressed or sad, I just put on trishas videos and they really help me

I've done that. Go to Popeye's for a spicy chicken sandwich, Chick-Fil-A for a small Mac n Cheese, and then stop at Dairy Queen for a kid's Strawberry Cheesequake Blizzard. Unfortunately, I don't do this as often as Trish does or as often as I'd like to. It'd be great to just eat like shit all day and suffer little repercussion because you can afford plastic surgery, insulin, and a new heart if you need it.😂
