Ark survival evolved is massively multiplayer survival game where you are stranded on an Ark filled with Dinosaurs! This Ark I am playing The hunted, Arks most challenging mod. I really hope that some of Ark 2’s survival mechanics are somewhat similar to this. It’s such a missed opportunity just using fiber and hide that can be obtained basically anywhere instead of making every wild creature useful to kill just for some resource only they drop and not just for boss tributes but for crafting as well. The nest system and saddle tier systems are cool and immersive as well. Also commenting on the Rock Elemental dropping nothing of note, it could be a cool addition to this mod to allow it to drop an “Elemental Core” that you could use with a bunch of other rare resources including stone to craft/summon your own to raise. Maybe make the wild ones stronger and or more dangerous too.

I think it would be a cool idea but maybe have it as an optional mode like prim+ so players who prefer the old ark are still pleased

@@lunalovegood3678 Not to sound harsh as I know people don’t like change, but I feel like a sequel should feel as different to the original as possible so that it feels fresh. I still obviously want it to feel like ARK, but with a creative spin. If it’s too similar to the original, there’s very little reason for it to be a sequel over just a DLC. I’m one of the people that loved Primitive plus, but wished that it’s style could have been incorporated into the game proper for a best of both worlds. Also generally the primitive plus servers were just so underpopulated, underutilized, and barren to me. Despite my earlier points, I’m not disagreeing with the separate mode idea nor am I saying it isn’t a sound idea.

I respect the effort that goes into these videos. He spends 100 days dedicated to playing, and then he reads almost every comment. I seriously can't find a comment that he hasn't replied to. I love the videos!

After all the time I've spent playing ark, modded and unmodded, pve and pvp. I don't think I genuinely have found such a good group of people to watch, this guy, zany zebra and a few others. I really do miss when people played the game purely for fun and not for pvp or blah blah. Tl;dr Loved the video.
