They really need to color the speed breakers in a way that is more visible to the eye. It's really scary for a speed breaker to just pop out of nowhere.

@@Docta123 while your fun may get completely ruined because you had to step on the breaks for a speed breaker, please remember that there are other people as well as animals that are sharing the road. The speed breakers are there for everyones safety without which there would be people speeding everywhere and killing themselves and others. Look at what happened in Pune with the porsche recently. Speed breakers also allow civilians to cross the road comfortably and they are also very important on the highways which go through cities where the local people are out and about. So stop being so selfish and immature. The road is not made only for you, and definitely not made for the purpose of you accelerating the entire way. If you want to do that, please go find a track somewhere.

Unmarked speed breakers and unscientific speed breakers are killers. In Bengaluru alone they cause so many accidents because of them being placed unscientifically. Get some real understanding of vehicle dynamics. I have seen speed breakers on the apex of corners and just because there is temple on the road side or a important villager's house. Dont tell me that is scientific and life saving. It is about the ego of the individuals in question than speed control. There are breakers built with no standards that it throws the vehicles balance off. So stop giving excuses for villagers safety!

If riding in India, be aware of custom made-non painted speed breakers. I have found some right in turns as well. Another one which you can see in this video are the Road Patches. You will never know when the tires will be half on patch and half on air for the bike to loose balance.

You're talking about speed breakers but the real villains are the random pit holes which are deep enough to skid you

Speed breakers are necessary so you can be alerted all the time, all smooth roads makes you too comfortable and chances of accident increases in that case.

This happened with me and my mom. We were going on a normal road the speed was about 40km/hr and suddenly out of no where a speed breaker came and we fell. We didn't even realize until we went back to check.

Yes bro it's correct, I was once driving two-wheeler with my mom sitting behind on a highway and it was late evening and speedbreaker came in the way all of sudden and our vehicle jumped over it, somehow I managed to balance vehicle, that breaker was built in place where it was neither expected nor needed
