TV ain't youtube - youtube controls the algorithm and promotes certain channels....TV networks don't control the viewership...don't think that because she allegedly has close to 2 million subscribers that would be enough to carry a TV show. For proper perspective the Kardashian's average about 1.5 million viewers per episode, number two is "The Real Housewives" at 1.2 million. Do you really believe Raven could stack up to those numbers?? Plus she's a bit vanilla in personality and interest...bottom line she's good for youtube and their propaganda promotion of single black mothers...but .the moment she gets married they'll betray her lol

🗣️ say it louder! Thank you so much for saying this I see so many comments saying oh Raven needs to be on whatever network with her own show ! But at the same time she wouldn’t have as much creative freedom that she desires and thrives in if she’s on someone else’s network with their vision their rules their contracts and limitations! And, more importantly, as you said, look at everything that she’s built on her own. She has her a own team own show etc and is expanding continuously! I tune in to Raven consistently and have been for years. Let’s appreciate support and celebrate the empire she has is and is building!

Dang that company did you wrong for the first dress. Im sorry it didn’t work out at first but im glad you found someone to fix it. Your facial expression when Zoey said it was pretty was hilarious 😂😂😂. I really like the black dresses and the pink one. I think the woman that is going to fix your dress is gonna give you what you want. Cant wait to see it all come together.

I've said this before, but you capture my interest in things I am usually not interested in (home decor, fashion, event planning). I think it's because I've watched you for so long and I am just in awe at how you use your creativity, and the execution of your efforts is often breathtaking.

I like the attention to detail that Raven puts into her parties. Whether it's for herself or others. It's that determination to make the party or event be as close to possible, and honestly even better, than the initial concept. I also like how you see her unboxing the items that will be used for decoration. You also see the different outfits. And then she edits it in a way where she's sitting down and explaining her plans. She literally walks you through, step by step, her whole process. I admire these things about her.

I appreciate your honesty towards asking for the dresses as a gift in return for promo. But I would’ve told you girl bye. Can’t pay bills with promo and it’s taking a chance that the exposure would lead to sales from viewers

I just love it that you know what you're talking about, and that you are successful enough to buy what you want and to be able to make adjustments. You are amazing!

I've been watching your channel for like 5 years now and I gotta say that I love how "human" and real you are. I really appreciate that you are transparent. I am notorious for panic buying and I would have also bought an expensive dress and had buyers remorse. Thank you for just being authentically you. ♥️

One thing raven knows how to do is how to throw a party just from previous parties she had

The first dress is gorgeous Ràven. You are over thinking it. I like the V point it draws attention to your neckline and it actually makes the dress exquisite and stands out. The shoulder drop is fine.....you have to be able to MOVE your arms, so you need slight gap. This is normal for gem and fully beaded gowns.

“Why go to a salon when I got scissors and bravery” is a mood. I’m in that mood 😅

Hey Raven, I’m a fashion designer with 25 years experience. I want to say, don’t feel bad about choosing this dress. You live and you learn. What I can recommend is you put a thin wire at the inside edge of the neckline and then mould it to you chest/bust shape. You may need to use body tape to keep it flush onto your skin as you won’t want to keep playing with it throughout the night. They do this a lot with these type of necklines as they always stick out and away from the skin. Let me k ow if you need any further advice. Also, you could upcycle this dress and make different outfits out of this dress after your birthday, so it’s not a waste of money. Long time subscriber. Very proud of you like a big sis. ❤

it's amazing how much passion and effort you put on preparing this party, thank you for sharing everything with us! 🥰 I'm sorry for the dress problems, especially considering how much it costed, but I guarantee you that even when you go and have multiple fitting in person things can go really really wrong....we never spend that much but since I have an hourglass body type and particular measurements (I'm not fat, but I'm very tall and have broad shoulders and only a B cup so neither regular nor curvy sizes clothes really fit me well) me and my family decided to go to a seamstress/dress maker twice to get things right, once for my cousin's marriage and once because I needed cotton pj and for some reason the shops in my town for a few years only had pj in syntethic fabrics (I'm allergic to them)....note that I was a teen, we bought the fabrics and these two places toke my measurements and we went there a few times to be sure everything was ok: well, the day the clothes were ready it was a disaster! 🤯 For some reason the dressmaker decided the dress was for my mum and I did the fitting simply because she wouldn't have the time (no one told her that and mum specified it was for ME) so she made it for my petite mum: mum got so angry, we didn't pay anything since the assistant confirmed it was for me and she toke my measurements nor toke the dress home (it was a style and colour fit for a teen not a grown ass woman) and had to come up with a solution for the wedding. The other time I even toke one of my existing pj to the seamstress (a different one form the previous time) telling her I wanted the same exact things done with the fabric we bought, like same style, cut, proprotions ecc and we did a fitting....well, the moment she delivered us the package it turned out she did both pj one size too small because she tought it would fit me better (it didn't, I don't look fat because I'm not but I still wear an XL european size) and that it wasn't possible they didn't fit since I wasn't fat and that I clearly had body image issue.....like, I couldn't fit my shoulders in the top and the bottom was righ as for waist size but didn't pass over my hips! There was nothing we could do nor ask for a refound and I decided I preferred to buy something online or in a shop that was too big but could be altered than having somehting custome made. 🤣

I believe everything is going to work out great. Your special day will be fabulous just like all the rest your parties. Also, Chef Toni looks great and I love her hair. Mom and daughter are gorgeous. ❤❤❤❤
