I get the idea that you want people to read the rules carefully one by one by making each rule section a spoiler, but I think it is more likely for people to ignore the rules completely :/

From my experience it's read more because people by nature are curious to see what's inside.

@@kangarko you can make like a button that will ask about a secret word that is hidden somewhere in the rules, they always get me with this one and I'm forced to read the rules to get the secret word (put it not in an obvious spot like start, middle, end of the text)
