Hi Amanda, ever since I can remember I had these awful anxiety attacks at night. Very overwhelming and disturbing. They only happened like once every other month but then over 50+ years, they started more frequently, like 2-3X a week. I eventually went to my Dr. and they put me on a med and then had to tweak the dosage. It’s an anti anxiety/depressant rx and I never had an attack again. I started them about 6 years ago. They were so terrible…hard to explain but put me in a very dark place a I literally would have to get out of bed, walk around in the house and it took me a solid hour to get out of it. I’m very grateful for my Dr. and the RX. Good luck!

Cleaning brings me peace and a sense of control. And people in sticks and bricks clean daily too. So not uncommon. You do you Amanda!!

I have had a couple this last year, just because of the negotiations with our landlord to be able to stay here untill my mother gets into elder memory care next spring.The paper bag trick does work for some. I feel it coming and take deep, slow breaths before it gets too out of hand. It still leaves me shaky and sensitive. I hope whatever triggered it will solve itself.❤

I had really bad anxiety attacks after coming back from Iraq. One was so bad I pulled over on the freeway because I thought I was having a heart attack. A few months later a counselor at the VA recommended taking GABA. So I tried it and it took a few weeks to make a difference but eventually this did the trick. They've come back here and there over several years but only mildly. They're very scary especially since at the time I had no idea what was happening.

That’s so sweet thank you. I am ok. I’m old so I’ve lost a few pets it always hurts but this time was just different. So I had that 3a.m. panic attack. I’m ok now. Still miss her but ok 😆..

Soo sorry. Can relate to panic attacks having been housebound by PTSD 20yrs until my miracle medication and intense therapy, tho still having limitations, keeping within my comfort zone. Being in high temps would spark a panic attack, for one instance. Admire what you are doing.

Get out of that heat and come to San Diego! just look at the 10 day forecast its like this all summer and it's a van life friendly paradise, A van like yours you can park almost anywhere right on the cliffs 67° It's heaven on earth, So many epic places to park near the ocean, San Diego is more park space than city, It's a van life paradise, If you come and want any tips and pointers on great places to sleep wich are abundant here ill be happy to advice

I'm sorry you get anxiety attacks. ❤ Those are very real issues often quite difficult to cope with on many levels. There can be so many triggers. I guarantee that you have many viewers who also suffer ... ...and you just reminded people that they can be brave and openly talk about it, and they don't need to feel alone 👍 Somebody complained because you keep your van clean ? ... Oh my gosh. I cant handle much above 76-78 degrees. When i lived in Phoenix i couldnt take the hdat after i had heat stroke.

Buy a reusable lint roller, and then you won't have to keep buying disposable lint rollers. The lint rollers you are using leave adhesive on your items, attracting more dirt. I'm just trying to help you save money.😊 have a great day

I was diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder and severe depression. I was so over whelmed with a divorce, custody of 3 teenage kids, working 2-3 jobs to make ends meet. 1987 Zoloft was better than trying to make my marriage work on it's worse day. It really allows your brain to calm down and tackle one thing at a time and work through the issues. I was on it for over 22 years. No meds are needed at this time. Mental health is more important than stressing out. Just sayin'

I took meds for 8 years. I came off of them this year. I became unempathetic, and stopped feeling anything. Thankfully anxiety attacks are still infrequent for me.

Peperoni and onion my favorite

A few months ago I found my little Boston Terrier dead in the yard. I was shocked. She was old but it was so sudden. My son in law buried her for me. I was so sad. That night about 3am I woke up in a full on panic attack absolutely convinced that he had buried her alive. It took me days to get over that panic attack. I’m glad you feel better. Pizza is powerful medicine! 😆

Sorry to hear you had an anxiety attack I've had a few myself. Was Todd able to help you through it or did you not want him to i understand. I have difficulty breathing n if that's the case you need someone to help you. Take care Winston is so cute enjoy your out in nature videos.

I priced the disinfectant wipes everywhere & Walmart store brand is the cheapest. They come in multi oaks as well, but easy cheaper than Costco or Target.

I hope you don't mind me asking since this is a little bit off topic: When you're camping in BLM land how to you get around the requirement to park near a porta-potty? Or do you? Do they check? I'm planning to spend my last winter here and then making the jump to van life come spring. The area looks tempting for winter camping.

That rule is only relevant at LTVAs. Regular BLM land doesn't have vault toilets, so the rule doesn't apply. I don't camp at LTVAs.
