I have learned so much from you about things unrelated to Ram Pumps. I gave a set of the Solar Torches to my daughter (24 years old) for Christmas. This latest cool thing I can think of so many uses. I think I am going to put my always-in-the-way rolling welding screens on one of these or two of these rollers. It will free up so much space. Thank you!

Love this video! I have a pop up green screen Raubay, but wanted to add a white and black, or a preprinted background ( likely from Kate brand), but i don't want to worry about constant folding and ironing. I had a theory about how to execute a roller system, but you did it! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

The company has a 4 screen too. 3 seemed like all I would need. For special effects a green and blue screen is nice.

Is the pvc pipe necessary, if the savage paper comes rolled up with cardboard ?

Have you ever had the PVC pipe fall off the hook up there and come down? I had that happen today when rolling back up

Awesome vid. Had a question, when you put three rolls of paper on there. Does it feel study enough? Just want to make sure before I install myself. thanks!

Hi Ryan! I actually own the product and made a similar video. I put the brackets into my ceiling, and when all three rolls are attached it feels very sturdy. I would make sure you get the Fotoconic 10 ft poles tho, as the proper pole helps keeps it sturdy. kzread.info/dash/bejne/eGtl19yclNDfkto.html&lc=UgyFOH9X-sbg2gyxYE14AaABAg Hope this helps

Thank you for the video about the wall mounting. However, I am confused about something. I currently purchased Savage Seamless Background Paper 86" wide x 36. My question is if I decide to switch to Savage Seamless Background Paper 107" wide x 36 how do I mount the Roller in order to contain both 86" x 36 and 107" x 36 for future changes. I will be looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks

It would be better if they did not include those anchor bolts, as they are for concrete, and many people wil be going into wood. Its best to reduce the price and let each person but the screws or bolts that suit their situation

Hi Seth, When I saw the first ram pump vlog I was hooked. I've watched most of your pump videos so far. I noticed that on some of the pumps the waste stream has a fair amount of volume. So, being the frugal guy I am, I wondered that if a smaller pump were to be installed further down being fed by waste overflow and injected back into the discharge line, could it increase the output flow by enough to be practical? Thanks for your informative and thought provoking work. Lyle Forsythe Cut and Shoot Texas P.S. I live in the flat part of Texas so all I can do is wish I could install one. Hi again, Seth, When I was asking about the re-use of waste water I wondered if the volume would be enough to sustain operation of the second pump. I briefly thought about your vlog on the self-priming siphon, but realized the swing valve wouldn't self prime. However; a few days later I saw a You Tube video by Greg Griffin called "Ram Pump with waste valve redesign" that is a self starter. It's made from iron pipe but could also be done with PVC. Re-directing the waste of the upstream pump to a bucket or a larger container with an auto-siphon, then to a self starting pump would be the bomb. I hope you'll be able to find the time to check it out. Im truly happy for your successful channel and enjoy it a lot. Thanks for the enthusiasm you put into your blogs. Be Blessed, Lyle Forsythe

Thank you very much for watching my videos. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the ram pump over the years. I have the video idea to use the waste water of a large pump to run a smaller pump. I had not thought about connecting the secondary pump into the delivery pipe of the first. That's a very fun idea. I will have to give that a try here soon. I'm starting the ram pump series back up in April. I will check out that self Prime Ram pump.
