Keep the cheating aside keep the product quality aside those occur once in a while in both the platforms. But regarding the customer service and problem resolving Amazon is way better than Flipkart, I mean literally miles apart.

Same thing is happening with me. I bought a Panasonic in my case and It was supposed to be installed on Monday(April - 22) but till now I did not get any call from anyone. In the order page they just closed my order by saying "Installation and Demo" complete. What can I do ? I am complaining every day they just keep moving my resolve date.

You better call the Panasonic service centre yourself and say this situation. At least later on you can say that it was installed by the Panasonic authorised person, if any issues arise. Better not try to install it by any third party as if by chance any issues occur while installing or later on by your usage you won't be able to claim the warranty and it will be rejected by saying because of improper installation by unauthorised people.

What's the warranty policy in case of 3rd party installation?

As per their writing I have read that if the installation is done by unauthorised third party and if any complaints occur then warranty will be void , as the reason would be improper installation.

They emailed us saying there won't be an issue if 3rd party installation is done. But if you go for it, better go with Flipkart's installation.

Well i bought samsung the same 5in1 convertible ac but with wifi purchased it on march 4 delivered on march 6 installation was done by the samsung team no jevees their service are known to be dumb got the call from samsung team on same day after delivery asked me should we book the appointment on tomorrow i was like can you do it today so they were sorry we cant as the time has already been 4:30 so booked the appointment on 7th two guys came installed it the installation will be free if we buy from offline store in the cae of online they will charge you the quoted a price of 1700 including gst without the outdoor unit stand which was a bit of an issue they told the stand would cost 1000 rs which was a bummer other than that its the product was good superb delivery even though they made my house a meess in the name of open box delivery overall satisfied with the product and after sales team are on point to if we make any appointment they will come on the same day that's samsung
