@@tonifarr5806 actually the fine would be at least that amount bc it could be considered careless driving and the courts allow u to take a plea and pay a larger fine so that you don’t get the points on your license. Getting points increases your car insurance for a few years in addition to having to pay the fines so most people will take the deal with the higher fine bc in the end it comes out cheaper. Plus she is driving on a restricted license since she is only 17 and if she has too many points then she can’t get an unrestricted license when she turns 18. I thought it was pretty coincidental that Teresa was on the phone with her attorney at the time Melania called.

@@AnnSmith-ez2yh Okay.....but it's still just a PRANK! Is it believable that a cop would actually ...."follow a driver who's been speeding, to go verify if the MOM REALLY FELL DOWN THE STAIRS??" Highly doubt that!!! No matter if in the States or Canada or wherever! Therefore, at that point - Milania could have made up any story; such as "the cops confiscated my phone; or they will take away my license if I'm lying and you're not at the bottom of the stairs, helpless and alone and no way of calling 911!" Get where I'm going with this? ;) But thanks for the lesson in speeding laws in the States! ;)

@@annie45108 yes I like how Luis had the conversation telling joe guidice that he would always take care of the girls while they r here in the US for joe. I kinda think the three adults are doing the right thing and a good example for divorced parents. There will always be things that the girls will need help with and Luis wouldn’t allow anyone to hurt Joe’s girls. I k ow it’s probably hard but I hope the guidice family also respects joe on the rare occasions they r together. I know the cousins go to Luis house and on vacation sometimes with the family plus they went to see Teresa on DWTS with Luis and Luis jr.
