I Got MAJORLY Delayed and Found a Rare Red Sandstone Cathedral!

#roadtrip #uk #driving #railtravel #traintravel
The upside to train delays and cancellations is more time to explore - so I unexpectedly discovered a rare red sandstone cathedral, and a very bracing North Wales coastline when I drove over 250 miles to Powys to deliver a Citroen Berlingo van. Come with me and enjoy the sights and sounds of my day travelling across the UK, starting and finishing in Hampshire and including Powys and Chester, and the beautiful Chester Cathedral.

Just picked up your channel by chance and am enjoying the content. Originally born in Lancashire, but have spent the past 73 years in Zambia ((Northern Rhodesia) and South Africa.

For once a travel show which doesn't have people acting up or being silly. When I use to manage properties for portfolio holders, I use to do similar as the distances were too hard to drive all the time. I miss the job, but as I now work for the civil service I do this now around central England. I love it but delays are a nuisance and bain. Lol.

The age old debate. Is the M6 toll worth the money? I know the firm pays it but, if it's quiet and there's nothing on the traffic news, surely staying on the 6 is better value? Thumbs up, thanks I'm subscribed, I like the content, keep it coming.

Thank you for your support! Yes I think there's virtually no difference time-wise if the M6 is clear, which makes it better value. But it's usually busy when I'm passing, and I get the toll refunded and it's a nice clear run - so for me the toll is a no brainer!
