Also if we’re talking imposter syndrome my husband does ultra marathons, 100 mile runs, runs across the country and hyrox and I just head to the gym 3x a week 😂 your doing amazing!!

As the fair skinned, sunburn easily person that I am. I found out years ago you can use black tea (as strong as possible and cool not cold) as a compress, it helps take the burn/heat out of a sunburn. Side note use a super soft cloth that you don't mind getting stained.
