Genshin on a controller is horrible. Whoever assigned the control options is an alien that has never used a controller before. Touchscreen is far better, although Mouse and Keyboard is still the best way to play

My favorite thing about mobile is that when you switch characters it shuffles their order instead of fixing them. That way you always have to look before you switch. It makes combat sooooo much fun -_-

It doesnt really shuffle it, It just remove the current on-field character off the team tab... So there is only 3 character in the tab If 1st char is on-field, then the team tab only has the 2nd, 3rd and 4th char on the tab.

I hope you understand the struggle of us mobile players and why some never do the hard stuff cuz their devices simply can't run 😂

As someone who only plays on mobile. I find it so hard to move in keyboards. I feel like everything is too big and my movement is too clunky

@@Kurisu139 if the response/actions of pc or ps5 were possible on mobile. Then it would have been way better. People who are playing on mid or even flagship devices experience response lag or unrecorded touch if character isn't in position unlike pc. Where u can easily change characters during getting knocked back or after alternate sprint

it's just preference. I play games on mobile since 2014 and I never found playing genshin is hard on mobile. I do speedruns on mobile btw

Facts! I love the way he sounds in general, but this is even better.

As a PC player who started playing Mobile last 2 years ago... Yup I really have my struggles back then 😅 especially the Dash & Jump wrong click cuz these buttons as close together that when I was about to run a spinning ruin guard by dashing, I jumped instead and my character got killed in the process 🤣

yeah... i constantly forget which button it is to plunge when falling. this resulted in many deaths during this challenge :D

I don't own a laptop so when I'm away, I play on my phone. Maybe here and there every other month. It still shocks me that Genhsin is primarily a mobile game. Just like anything else, It's something to just get used to. People who play for hours a day on a phone are just as good as PC/Controller players. The learning curve is 5x harder though. I just wish the PC version of the game got a bit more love instead of it playing just like the mobile. Mobile is the worst way to play but people who get good at it, props to them.

i played only on mobile for over 2 years because i didnt have a pc that could run genshin, and when i did get one i struggled so so much learning the controls and i would still say im a lot worse at playing on pc compared to mobile, as in it takes me longer to beat stuff, so idk if its mobile having a harder learning curve or it just depending on what you are used to lol

@@vali8160 I'm assuming you don't play many PC games to be comfortable with WASD. Having that experience with mouse and keyboard would have been much smoother to grasp. Not having that experience, yes there is a curve. Though, even mobile players say that basic things like movement is 10x better on PC than mobile. The initial curve is probably large like any platform but maybe the duration of the curve is lesser or maybe something clicks and things get better. Who knows.

@ yeah definitely, playing on pc feels way better, if it didn’t i would have just kept playing on mobile, i can use WASD but what was the hardest for me is when you have to switch characters using the numbers because it uses the same hand as WASD keys and on mobile i did those two things with two separate hands (switching characters and e q with one hand, moving around with the other) so if you’re not used to it at first it feels a lot less smooth, and yeah i don’t really play that many pc games with tons of controls you have to memorize and change between them quickly like i dont play any fps games, i mostly just play some visual novels, minecraft, platformers, single player rpgs, stuff like that

I play on mobile and I specifically pulled for Yoimiya over Hu Tao because even though Hu Tao’s better I don’t have a prayer of doing charge attack cancels even halfway right, and I can just pew pew with Yoimiya

Wished the android version had native option to connect a gamepad or those controllers that goes around the phone... like a Switch.

It's funny watching this one after watching a few of the others and seeing the differences in how challenges were handled. Shoot a bird? Timmy's pigeons + Yoimiya's homing arrows or the AoE from Ganyu taking them out right as they start to fly away. Do a domain with a healer? Set that sucker to the lowest possible level...

Same here. I play Genshin on mobile only when doing activities that doesn't need much mobility and quick reflexes like harvesting my crops and points in the Teapot. I also discovered that Genshin's rhythm based mini games play better on mobile.

I mainly play on mobile and I don't really have complaint about it apart from the fact that I it's really difficult to alt+character to switch and burst to (due to how little and close to each other the characters' buttons are. It got me killed so many times while doing abyss challenges.

The only reason i have genshin installed on my phone is to notify me if my resin is full. thats it, then i either quick do a domain at work of rush to my PC, because thats way more easy to play on the phone. Btw with this samsung galaxy collaboration the samsung phones get 120 fpos support right? right..... :D or do we on iphone still have 120 fps only ? for the few seconds before it throttles down to 60 again due to overheating.

I used to play Genshin Impact on a smartphone mid tier phone. Its decent at first with a medium setup, everything went so smooth and fun but not until the smartphone got overheating issues and bloated battery later after 1 and half years of playing time. The tropical climate doesn't help in battery life of smartphone as well then decided to quit. Today i want to find and buy another smartphone for gaming only with better battery life and better gaming temp.

I remember playing on mobile for the first time. Dead. And getting 36 stars was such a pain as well. So I only use mobile for commissions and simple quests. Always PC for the combat. Though I'd do better now on mobile than a controller.

I'm a proud mobile Genshin Impact player and I DON'T find any difficulties clearing the Abyss on a mobile device or doing any other stuff....I can 36* the Abyss everytime just as PC players...people who struggle at mobile devices playing Genshin clearly have skill issues

I always think its funny when people struggle in the abyss with mechanics, cos i am playing on my phone, laying upside down, and easily clear it ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ

I got quite a powerful device and been playing genshin or honkai in mobile for a long time now that it's faster for me to use mobile over PC 😂

The painful days of when I played mobile..

Very brave of Samsung to host this kind of event especially for content creators. The only android devices that I know that run Genshin consistently good are OnePlus (Genshin’s collab phones), Asus ROG, Redmagic, and some Xiaomi devices. Samsung’s bloatware and their One UI just take too much of its device performance unlike the others.

Playing genshin mobile since day 1 😂 and happy to say that I can finish abyss with 36 stars even tho I really want plunging team but cancelling it by dashing is really tough that's why I dont build plunging team😢 sadly
