Keep doing your thing! If what you do brings you joy and abundance, keep going at it. MANY wish they had your vision and go getter attitude that's why you get negativity. You've inspired me to finally start something I've had in the back of my mind since my teen years and I'm in my 30's. Fears can become so strong they hold us back from doing things that bring us joy and that feeling of purpose. The same premise is used for aspiring writers who actually re-write chapters of a novel that they admire for an hour or more and then return to writing their own work. This is widely used by writers to improve their own work. Of course, just like all artworks that are copyrighted, you can't publish another artist's work! Everyone design is a slight representation of someone else design made before it’s called inspiration. Just like everyone started making cropped hoodies it was made from a brand and every brand started doing the same it’s called a wave for a reason

Stealing sounds harsh. Instead I would say - Replicate, Draw inspiration from, or studying techniques. The thing about art, music, dance, fashion, architecture and so on is that every artist or professional in these categories have drawn on someone else's know how or technique in order to create their own style. And legally, there's nothing wrong with such. But plagiarism, that's a no no. The goal should be to learn, grow, create and customize a style, thus make it your own. Anyone who's taken an art class, music theory or business law course knows that what you're saying is on the up an up. Don't pay those nitwits any mind. You're Good!!! 👊🏼👍🏼

The headline is provocative but this is how visual artist develop a style.. We just call it “Master Study”.. How can any artist create in a genre (manga, comic, chibi, cartoon etc.) to get the look 👀 (proportions, line types and rendering styles of a particular genre)without stealing?

They can say what they want. This is how plenty of people came up when it comes to design and learning photoshop/illustrator. Hell, I direct as well and I can't even tell you how many people did the same with music videos. However you figure it out is how you figure it out. You'll look back in a year or so and realize how much you learned and how much you can do on your own now.

A lot of these people must not have been in the Tshirt game very long cause a lot of major companies steal designs or will take a shirt with a saying and then switch the font or take a design and take something out or put something in. This whole thing is just kinda copying/stealing. I've had my designs stolen and honestly I don't care. I'm glad my design was so good you felt you had to use it. Honestly if they would have asked I would have let them used it. Yeah I can sue but do I really want to go up against a bigger company that probably had multiple lawyers and can say they created it themselves or they bought it from someone else there's a lot that goes into it.

Shit look at alot of the companies that take the supreme design, LV design, CC design, the Gucci design and they just use their logo instead and people act like they created and they wear it and pay hundreds for it.

Everyone has a default design setting. It's a fact, each tribe of each continent has a default design pattern. Eg aboriginal art, Celtic patterns, south America, Ghanaian, Roman, and when we start expanding out styles we always are mixing them with other styles quite often. With the billions of things that have been created, unless you are in the first few centuries of the world. Like king Solomon said nothing new under the sun ☀️

Always have observed what other designers do and do the opposite as much as possible. But its so much truth in what he's saying... So if you are going to steal make sure its rather timeless not just what's trending currently. Fashion moves fast and its on to the next one. lastly why using a design ppl are used to seeing works is its already familiar to the consumer.

Your 100% right! not everybody can wake up one morning and create a design from his behind and make a fortune out of it! look at mcdonalds and burger king, You can't tell me that they didnt copy from each other. A burger at the end of a day is still a burger but with a different taste and look! This is just an example in the fast food industry! many other place like walmart, or groceries copy from each other aswell at the end of the day they are all at the base shopping mall or grocery stores just with different looks and different staging. Also true for youtube channels, some youtubers copy from each other and just shuffle content around but at the end of the day they all tell the same story! Same thing for inspiration in design they may look the same but they are different with new elements or color added to them! My Opinion anyway! keep up the good work!

What you needed to find a better word than word stealing you're influence the young people to steal, what you don't want to do is give no glory to somebody so instead of giving them credit you rather can say you borrowed it from the last man we do influence each other, but we living in the time when people don't want to give a person of credit respect there business credit, but would wheath stealing and you're robbing a person of there property, I know that lots of young people do not know that the Bible says you shall not steals God has a LAWS against stealing cause blood to be sheds and GOD for to be sheds, I have had people to say everything is not about God but everything is about and I can prove it, The air we breathe belong to GOD, The heart that beat in our chest belong to GOD, The blood that runs through our veins belong to GOD. So I asked a question if everything is not about GOD, then where's our love ones that dies and why we couldn't keep them a living, The ten commandment help us to keep peace among ourselves,, everybody must bring their peace to table and GOD Words to the table. Parents are not teaching their children not to steal, The teachers aren't teaching the children everybody is making the wrong right, ok the world is going bottom side up we cannot live your life on what everybody else is doing or what they are thinking, God said a good name is better than rich,.
