Basel you need to limit your kindness to your employees let them know your a boss and even to other people limit your kindness you have to check if they say true to you if they need help bec sometime they use you.

The problem is when you are too nice, people abuse your kindness.

I feel your pain mate.. I've got a business as well which majority of my employees are Filipinos. Its true that some will break your trust and take for granted all the good deeds you do for them and as a business owner it hurts that some will not appreciate it and still chose to do bad things. Filipinos are very loyal and kind in nature but there are also others that take advantage and that's why my best advise for you will be.. keep it professional, be neutral with them still treat them with kindness but not too much but at the same time be strict so you get respected, 2nd chances are good but anything after 2nd chance you better off firing that person so they learn. The bright side it will open up opportunity for the right person who deserve it..

Hwag tayong ganyan kasi mabait naman ang Boss nyo. Tinutulongan naman nya kayong lahat pag kayo ay nangangailangan. Paalisin na lng Sir at gumawa ng strict rules na isang beses lng kumuha ng stocks ay kick-out kagad. Napakabait nyo at binigyan nyo pa ng chance.

Napakabait at napakabuti talaga ni sir Basel. Sanay di mo na ulitin gumawa ng ganon. kung may problema at kailangan ng tulong ay pwede ka nmn magsabi sa kaniya. Dahil marami na syang naitulong sa mga tao nya.

He/She stole for the nth time and still tried to lie about how many times he/she did it. I think that's a ground for termination. However, if you have the power to change people, then this is your right call.
