My account was also banned with same messages like tabor.After a few months i gave up,because i couldn't get my account unbanned. After a year and a half(about a month ago) i finally got my account unbanned. Because i went full out and looked for every detail i could get about my account. Thank you tabortime for bringing this up,to help people that may struggle like me a year and a half ago.

It’s ridiculous how Epic handles managing accounts, they don’t inform you of bans and require so much personal sensitive information that truthfully shouldn’t be required to play a video game.

Such a gut wrench to watch this video..... and yes Epic CS is totally bad, when they want to be, but all being said at least they did take action to protect your account, the image that you have built up and also the means to carry on supporting your daughter with her health struggles.... some dark clouds do have silver linings!

Thanks i had the same problem some Russian guy hacked my account and epic immediately banned my 600 dollar plus account. I literally had no idea what to do but this video literally gave me step by step instructions on how to get my account back, 2 days later I got my account back

The loading screen glitch happened to me in my Xbox One S. But for me I was on the screen when you leave the match. (Its either a glitch or my internet) So I restarted my console and logged on to my game and it was fixed and I could play. I wasn't banned tho.
