I already uninstalled this game few months ago the reason is gems are not available like quests or some to buy holowears like using F2P gems also afk players on our team for no reason and some stuffs are useless like fashion tickets and holowear tickets like getting many not updating new holowears and trainer outfits using via tickets that much

It says you've violated their tos, you might have done something that wasn't allowed. I'm not sure if you've ever read it, but there's a lot of stuff so you probably won't ever know what you did. Or you just got reported for no reason. Also it said text chat so most likely typing something you weren't supposed to. I'm guessing you swore because like many people say, it's a kid game but it's not as in a bad game but literally 50% made for kids.
