No, he doesn't. Did you see how submissive and obedient he was to event security? He would have been within his rights to use a firearm on them since they tried "detaining" him (something they have no authority to do) and violated his 4th amendment rights in addition to committing assault and battery. Someone like Danny should know that event security is NOT law enforcement, and that no one goes to jail for walking onto the court. Especially in L.A. County. You can rob Macys and you still won't go to jail, so he shouldn't have fallen for the security guard's threats. Don't ever let anybody other than law enforcement "detain" you. Because if Ahmaud Arbery was allowed to fight back someone trying to detain him, then so can Danny Mullen.

Under California law, private citizens CANNOT detain outside of shopkeeper's privilege. I miss the days when Danny stood up to event security and didn't let them violate his rights. He of all people should know they're not law enforcement.

No, it didn't. He was way too submissive, he let event security assault him and unlawfully imprison him, something even the actual police cannot do. Isn't it funny how the men who detained Ahmaud Arbery for burglary ended up going to jail, but event security was allowed to assault Danny Mullen and violate his rights? Before you say it's "Private property," keep in mind that my house is private property as well. But if I detained a repo man or a repairman the way WNBA event security did to Danny Mullen, I would go to jail.

How was this a banger? He let event security unlawfully imprison him and violate his 4th amendment rights at the end. Event security is NOT law enforcement that they can do that. They have zero police powers. The fact that the guy at the end mentioned "If PD gave us the green light, you'd go to jail" shows that they never even called LAPD to begin with. If Danny was smart, he'd file a police report against the event staff and sue them for unlawful detention. How is it that the two men in Georgia who detained Ahmaud Arbery for trespassing were in the wrong, but WNBA security was in the right? At least the two men in Georgia phoned the police. WNBA security, however, never did.

I don’t how these guys are ever going to recover from that awful punishment of being banned from watching Sparks games for a whole entire year…. Wow that’s devastating. Maybe they should pick a new WNBA team to support and get court-side seats for them?

Danny had his 4th amendment rights violated, he was assaulted by the security, AND he was way too submissive to the event staff at the end. As soon as they attempted to lay hands on him, he would have been within his rights to use a firearm on them, concealed carry laws be damned. Also, event security CANNOT detain for any reason, outside of shopkeeper's privilege, so they committed unlawful imprisonment by detaining him. The fact that LAPD punishes homeowners who detain tenants for not paying, but lets WNBA security detain someone for walking onto the court, shows that they serve big business, not the people. If I detained a janitor or gardener on my residential property and kept him in a cell for 20 minutes, I would go to jail for life. But event security is allowed to detain Danny simply because they're contracted by a big businesses like the Sparks. And yes, the Sparks and Lakers run in the same circles and are controlled by the same people who pay off police and prosecutors.

Facts, I’ve realized that most videos I watch, I’m over it after the first 5 minutes. But this channel and even the podcast, I could watch for hours and not even notice the time go by

Seriously everyone, Danny puts out 20 minute videos once a week. Out of all the work it takes going into that, everyone watching who enjoyed it in any way should take the 5 seconds out of your day to like the video and subscribe. A lot of people underestimate the motivation it gives these KZreadrs to continue putting out great content. Not to mention it’s hard to find a channel that deserves it more.
