GIRL!!!!! this looks so good! I really enjoy that you just do whatever you want to do with your hair. I’ve mentioned this before but we have a similar journey and my hair is pretty fine, I’ve seen a few instances where undercuts shaped the hair and framed the face much better because it looks fuller. Can’t wait to see how you maintain it! 3 years in September for me! 💐

I like it! He did a good job on the cut. I cut my bottom row off last year. The hair was so fine and it always pinched. It feels weird at first then you get used to it. Mine always looks empty from the back because I have low density hair.

Yes girl! It looks fab👌🏾 I've been itching to do the same, partly because of lint 🤦🏾‍♀️and partly because I too have the three year itch 😆. I've never kept my hair in the same style for this long. I'm thinking of dying my locs to disguise the lint 🤔 it isn't much but it is annoying. Thanks for the inspiration 😊

I like... I am about to Cut mine also. I will cut 4 Locs in the Nape area bc I damaged them trying to get Lint out.

I have the same problem with my back row...one of the locs is so ashy and white looking from all the lint smh. I thought about getting an undercut as well, but ended up combing the back row out and starting over. Do you think your next row up will get all the lint now that the back row isn't the "buffer" now?

I’ve actually been thinking about doing an undercut too, my loctician can’t seem to leave my (longish 😅) kitchen hairs out of the locs and it’s a bigggg pain in the 🍑 when I want to put it up lol Only thing stopping me is how long it took to grow out my undercut back in my relaxed days 😤 might be easier now though since I’m natural, cuz those texture differences were not the bizness 🙃
