@13:56 Interesting macro economic observation. Tax cuts put trillions into pockets of the rich. The Corona pandemic reduced incentives for investment. So lots of idle cash being directed into real-estate, pushing houses beyond the reach of local people who actually need them.

Hikaru is definitely a God of Chess, he has been the top rated blitz player for as long as I can remember, even if that one year Magnus won the speed chess championship, Hikaru has still performed better than his peers in blitz for what seems like 15 years.

  • @hansmahr8627

Hikaru has only been number 1 for a short time, Magnus has been number 1 in all three rating categories for most of the time. He has also beaten Hikaru in almost every single blitz match. Just watch some of their speed chess championship matches. 15 years ago there were no blitz ratings and at that time, Anand was the greatest blitz player.

Don't worry about the insane over buying of real estate. The market will take care of that, as soon as the Federal Reserve it contained. The bubble in real estate is because the Federal Reserve is allowed to rig interest rates, the low interest rates making it artificially easy to buy property while also over printing vast amounts of currency which will create catastrophe in the near future. But markets always overcome government interventions over time because their distortions make it impossible to continue the bubble. Nearly 99% of the time governments and crony corrupt politicians create most all problems unrelated to nature. The value of the dollar is critical to understanding what is happening in the economy.
