Impressive geographical knowledge of the US for a Welshman, no doubt I’d fare worse for a UK state/region map test. You’ve done better than most Americans. Really enjoy these map quizzes

Thank you! When I started KZread 5 years ago I did a similar video and I did terribly! I have improved, thank goodness, in that time!
Las Vegas is at the very southern point of Nevada so that is why people go on trips to the grand canyon as well
A fun fact, most people from Pennsylvania call it by its abbreviation “PA.” I learned this was uncommon just by moving states….
I’d be curious to see the results from 100 random Americans taking the quiz. Some likely wouldn’t do much better. (From someone who lives near Nashville.) I do know you’re a lot better at US geography than I would be with Welsh geography!

How you done a video learning the/learning about the state capitals? What state they belong to, history, geography, culture etc? Seems like the sort of thing you'd like

Arkansas’s abbreviation is AR bc Arizona’s is AZ. Much like Maine and Massachusetts having similar abbrv ME for Maine and MA for Massachusetts
