@@garyblackwoodpoker Another thought I had, is it possible to keep all the action from preflop onwards on the screen? Maybe tucked on the left hand side of screen? Sometimes I miss something and it’s nice to read the info like a hand history to prevent me from rewinding a few seconds.

sick video as always. I played live today at the hippo (3rd time playing live) 2nd from last hand before sitting out I spew off £260 with 66 on Kh flop lol to end the night down £41 + tube fair. Gotta say takes so much patience to play and they seem to hate folding.

Hey Gary, how does live poker in the EU compare to poker in the US? Harder? easier?

I think the difficulty level is very similar tbh, same reg/rec ratio. The difference is the atmosphere, whilst it's not a bad atmosphere in the UK, the US just feels a lot more fun and laid back. Also far less strict when it comes to player affordability checks etc. I do slightly prefer it over there but I still love to play here!

Aspers is close didn’t think of playing there?

Need to get permission to VLOG, but definitely a good shout to ask them if I wanna do it again.

One of my mistakes during my Isle of Man residency was not going to see a Premier league match. It seems to be an other-world experience. Maybe next time.

Sorry to hear that Lee, I've been to plenty and whilst it's not as great as Motherwell vs Kilmarnock it scratches the itch for me :)

One thing I don't like about some of your folds is that you don't seem to consider how under-repped you are. You're playing at stakes where these guys can do anything. Take the JJ fold on 996, that's a super safe board to c bet AK for that amount when it was 4 bet already.

I don't think any hand wants to cbet for that amount tbh, generally when you're in position in 4 bet pots you want to use smaller bets, so it was worrying to me when the half pot cbet came in. It's certainly a spot I might get roasted for folding, and I accept that, but generally we face smaller bets there and when we face a bigger bet it felt much more likely my opponent had QQ+

@garyblackwoodpoker but as you said they'd want to use smaller sizing even with nutted hands like AA/KK. This is exactly why I was saying you can't predict people at these stakes in a live game. I'm not trying to roast you either btw was just saying you're underrepped a lot when you fold hands and it should be accounted for more often imo.

I feel like if you're gonna call a re-raise with an overbet pre-flop, you have to continue for at least one street on safe flops. Any opponent is gonna c-bet in a 4-bet pot, so if you're not folding pre-flop, how can you fold on a 9-high flop?

I agree, it's a bit of a wild fold. There's a difference though between facing a £150-£200 cbet and a half pot cbet in my opinion. It's a very VERY tight fold, but maybe tight is right? Maybe it's awful. It's probably somewhere in between.

Been to West Ham a couple of times and thought it was like a library. Silent and disinterested compared to my team (Pompey) and a lot like watching American sport. Millwall and Orient are better options.

Have been to Orient once but can't remember the atmosphere. West Ham isn't great for an atmosphere but it's better than no live football at all!

Yep it's super tempting, would I raise a 7 here though? I'm unsure. I guess with two flush draws out there I would, so maybe raise turn/shove river is the play!

They need to change the $100 chip … they look too much like the $5

Not convinced the kq hand is a snap call witn the river. Really doubt many players are finding many bluffs other then j10.
