But having to remove it is an inconvenience. So people should place them at their designated area so they don't inconvenience other people. But other issue at hand is the fact that these loose trolleys that people leave close to people cars always end up rolling onto people's cars leaving them with dents and scratches which is not fair.

How exactly am I supposed to move the trolley when I can't get out the car to begin with? Park my car on the side, get out, move the trolleys then get back into my car and go into the parking? I don't think that's fair.
