You can recruit offense and defense, but you can only user defense and hope you recruit offense well enough that they do good without you. You could also try to win a defensive heisman. Do a rebuild in NCAA 13. Use the lowest ranked school. Your twist is recruiting has to be states that are across the country (FAU recruiting Seattle for example) Once a state is a “pipeline” you can no longer recruit in it
