Ugh, you know whats weird...how absolutely nothing this was. Also, 2021 height of Covid, someone owned a shop, shop had to close due to lack of funds, they cleared out inventory, and stored it in this building, which was probably property owned by them or someone they knew. Everything in those rooms have to do with retail, alterations and visual merchandising.

From the receipts and packing slips, and all the clean garments, I’m going to assume someone had been using the home as a storage space. Possibly a hoarder, drag queen, or pageant queen. Cool explore!

First house the bedrooms behind a bedroom are for personal maids or butlers. Back then they were on duty 24/7. The second house looks like storage the cloths could be used for movies or most likely fashion shows. I don't think it's abandon not with receipts so recently

Those rooms look like a donation site for Prom. People donate their prom dresses to a store or a group. The group then finds a place that is willing to let them use a few rooms (like a store or a building or a house that is not in use). Then they put it in the newspaper, on the internet etc... to let the community know when and where the young ladies can come and try on dresses. They give the dresses away for free to young ladies who cannot afford to buy one. This is Exactly what the rooms look like when they are all done and after 2 or 3 days of constant teenagers coming and going.

Hey ! I’m from the area and my family were slaves on the Saunders-Goode Plantation . We took a trip there for one of our family reunions as well ! We learned so much ! We even knew the last people that lived there . That “basement” you were in , was actually something like a dungeon . My people were chained to the walls . The second house looks like Sweetwater Mansion and if so , the dresses are there because they do re-enactments …but the dresses look more modern ; so idk . But then again , you said it was a small hike thru the woods …did you mean a small hike from Goode mansion or just a small hike in general ? If you meant from the Goode mansion , then it’s definitely not Sweetwater Plantation because it’s in Florence…and the Goode mansion is off of hwy 101 in town creek . Love your videos❤

When you're going into the basement and ask "Hello, anybody down there?" A female answers back with a yeah. It's at 14:44. At 18:28 after you are startled by the statue, there's whispering. Sounds like a man to me but I can't make out what's being said. At the start its almost like he says "It's not ...... ..... ....." it's a lengthy sentence. Those dresses were BEAUTIFUL and just my size. Don't have any idea as to where something like those though, lol Fun dress up party though. It actually reminds me of plays/opera. The Gasoline jeans were made in Italy in the 80's I remember them had a pair that I loved. Thanks for sharing and have a great day

I believe that the lights were used when the house was used for a hospital. They helped for more light during surgeries and at night so that staff did not have to carry lights. Love to have some. Of the dresses to rehab.😮

I thought maybe whoever owned the house had a retail store selling high-end womens clothing from New York and Paris and went out of business, then took all the clothes from the store and put them in the house. The racks and hangers look like they are from a retail store. Maybe then they tried to sell the clothes online, which could explain why they go back to the house, to take pictures of the clothes to put up online or to get something that sold online to send it to the buyer.

26:12 seems like someone purchase a massive stock of these women clothes to maybe and most probably sell them to other stores or anything like that. but i have no idea why they left the clothes to sit into this abandoned place, that's so weird tho.

I have actually been in older type houses like this. I literally lived in a haunted house in Spokane WA state back in the early 1990's. 1524 W. Spofford. It wasn't abandoned then and i doubt it is now. Thr basement is the worst place to be in that place, hair stands up on end on the back of your neck in that basement. Respect the dead, evil or not ..just leave.

I think those clothes might have been for a shop. There were some multiples in there. That's A LOT of dresses with tags. The box of pins suggest maybe they were altering the dresses. I also think whoever owns/ed that house was planning on restoring by all of the stuff inside. The first house definitely felt like it was haunted, especially the upstairs.
