I found this Rusty Antique Rotary Disc Phone so i restored it.

Amazing looks after restoration, the old and vintage rotary disc phone bronze made was restored to new one. Fixed and recovered the aparence and improved some items like better screws like stainless steel screws and a extreme hard transparent coating for protect the bronze look to the time pass.
I fixed the phone, before restoration the phone didn't working, so i changed the line wire (old was a 220v 2 phase wire) for a glass fiber reforced phone wire. I changed the ceramic capacitor for a new ceramic capacitor. I fixed the electric inductance. I soldered the wires with bad soldering.
The iron casting base was paint removed and polished to mirrow looks and the central screw was polished and buffing.
All bronze piece was polished and buffing. The bakelite plastic the same. The wood handle was hand sandered and painted with mate black paint.
All metal peaces has a finish coating paint, a transparent and very hard coating, now the metal peaces are protected from scratch, corrosion, and air oxidation, and improve the high gloss aparence.

* Hand orbital sander
* 700w angle grinder
* Mini rotary tools
* 1500w polishing machine
* Pliers, hammers, screwdrivers.
* Wireless driller
* Air compressor
* Tin Solder
* Hot water steam cleaning machine
Material USED:
* Sand papper grit 180-500-1000-2000-7000
* 180 grit flap disc
* 150 and 600 grit polishing abrasive disc with silicone carbide
* White polishing bar
* High gloss transparent finish coating
* Mate black paint
* Industrial Degreaser solvent and etilic alcohol
* Tin lead wire
* Silicon water based
* Degreaser cleaning alkaline solution (water, trisodic phosphate, butyl glycol, and corrosion inhibator)

@@StainlessIdea es cierto,touché,no los habia visto,igual me parece raro que un telefono tan antiguo llevara pop, que son de la decada del 40,igual el trabajo excelente,mantener el csble trenzado esta muy bien,solo se podria substituir por uno tejido en algodon,que tambien era de la epoca,un saludo clap clap

@@RustyOrange71 do a research on any restoration video and check those who have a lot of subscribers. You would see the difference in videos. Just saying though. I love this restoration but... music destroyed it.
