I understand why Storm doesnt want him using other equipement in competition, but I dont know why it matter what he throws just having fun.

@nkxzombietrix1897 in the bowling world it's not really normal though. Storm is the only company that does this. To me is says they aren't confident in their own equipment. It comes across like they are afraid their guys will try other equipment and realize they like it better. None of the other brands operate under that policy. Brunswick guys can practice with whatever they want as long as they wear and throw Brunswick gear in tournaments.

Hope you see and read our comments, I've found that a lot of you-tubers don't. I just finished watching Forest's video bowling with your tape ball and it gave me an idea. How about you throw one of your bowling balls (just pick any one of your bowling balls you'd like to use your choice or get a new one) down the lane and when it comes back put tape around the oil pattern that's on the ball including the flair and then throw 3 games with it like that and see what you get for each game and total pins for the series. I thought that might be a fun and interesting video for you to do. Even better get together with Forest and have him do the same, make it a competition and see who wins each game and the series. You and your family have a good, safe and blessed rest of yer day and rest of yer week. Note: one line of tape on each line of the flair not a solid line of tape that fills the flair in.

The issue is although my family and I bowl there that keep this lanes very dry and only oil before a couple leagues

Being on the staff doesn't entirely depend on how well someone bowls. It's about exposure of the brand. A lower average bowler that enters a lot of tournaments and has a KZread channel could be sponsored but a high average bowler that doesn't do much other than bowl his league has no chance.
