My name is Jasmine and I have relocated from Sydney Australia to Ghana in west Africa as of the year 2020.
My parents are of Ghanaian descent and so am I although I was born in Australia. Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what it’s like to live in Ghana and other parts of Africa, from the food, to the culture, to the lifestyle and everything in between. My goal is to satisfy your curiosity about Ghana and other African countries.
My prayer is that these videos do just that for several African’s in the diaspora.
Follow your bliss because life is short, follow your bliss because human life has no intrinsic value, follow your bliss because everything happens for the greater good and follow your bliss because it has all happened before.

Now this is one beach I can say I’ve been to. It’s a very nice and clean beach. Quiet too. The boat ride across the lake was a little scary for my kids and myself too. I didn’t like that we couldn’t bring any drinks or snack with us. Their food was pretty expensive though and the service was poor. We asked for chairs and they wanted the money before bringing the chairs. We ordered drinks and they didn’t want to give me change. The person who took us to the beach confronted them before they gave me my change. I didn’t see any horses though. My kids enjoyed the water and didn’t want to leave. Nice place. They could improve on their customer service.

I paid for chairs and the brolly as well lol. Not sure why they charge for that

😄 Yes, I remember paying for that too. It seems they charge for everything. I just hope they put the money into improving the fixtures and services. They charge kids for entrance fee too, even my 7 year old niece. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us ❤️.
My two pesewas crude geography: If the water body is enclosed and salty= Lagoon If it is enclosed and fresh water = Lake If the water stretches into another body and freshwater = stream, river
The place is very beautiful and I will definitely check it out, thanks for sharing ❤

Just seeing this six days later. This beach is beautiful, and has a lot of potential. As a Caribbean person living in America, this location has prime business opportunities, wow!
From the weija junction to Bojo beach, the road is really bad and also the houses from old bortianor to the beach is an eye sore. I think the road should be cconsturcted as dual carriage and palm trees planted along the road that leads to the beach,

Hi Ama! Just FYI next time go further on the same road to Big Millie’s it’s another beachfront with tents ⛺️ and further down you will find Langman beach all on the same road. In fact, from Langman beach you can actually see central region. By the way, Langman is the only beach in Accra you can find solitude and surfing 🏄🏿♂️ it’s a secret paradise in Accra. Trust me Ama ! You will thank me 😂. I love your contents. I’ve got to show you some other hidden gems in Senchi Akosombo after you take me on with Langman beach resort.

That's a very beautiful beach! Of course it would be great if one could bring their own food and drink as we do here in the states, but I would definitely pay that price if it helps our african brothers and sisters. You are doing a great job showcasing Ghana Jasmine. Because of your videos and a few other peoples videos, my wife and I are planning to visit Ghana very soon and eventually relocate there later this year or early next year. We see you here in the states, so keep up the great work! ❤👍

Thanks for this will go to this when we come in October. Sad to hear about the betting companyies, gambling addiction, literally kills! Wouldn’t somebody make rather a lot of money if they bought one of those machines that cleans the beaches in Ghana?
Just look at the road to get to that beach after going through their own gate, why do we Ghanaians do this to ourselves? With all the money the operator has been collecting, he/she does not even have the gumption to pave the road to their own beach? If every company will do their part to pave their surroundings, wouldn't that help to beautify and reduce dust in Ghana? This is disgusting and unacceptable...................
@josephquaye9756
11 ай бұрын
Very unacceptable indeed. A bad Operator. I also lent that you cannot bring your own food to that place. A monopoly investor but doingt the worst.
The owner and management of the beach should put up modern cruiser boats instead of canoe boats and also water bikes, there isso much more they could do to make the place look more modern.
7:01 it's a lagoon
Densu means sweet water.

lol small world, the couple you met on the boat are my pastor and and osofo mame lol
The beaches in the osu, Jamestown areas in central Accra should be kept clean, so tourists/people wouldn't have to go too far out for a clean beach. It's not too hard to do.

Is very strange and sad to someone have to pay for entry fees in most of West Africans beaches.. But East Africans beaches are free for public.. And their beaches are one of the most beaches in the world. I wonder west Africans leaders are not serious to opening for tourism. Beaches should be taking care by various countries Gov't.
Hi Jasmine 🇧🇷🇬🇭
Unfortunately here in the states our beach’s are not to clean an fill with casinos 🎰.

Higher punishments for garbage on the beaches and destruction of the cadtles now !!!
I saw there is a lot of trash in everywhere.
The location is beautiful. However, the ocean and beach are filthy. There are plenty of youth around to employ to clean and maintain the beach!
Is land available to buy here?
Ghana could easily make a few Millions dollars a year from the beaches only if they kept them clean.
