We need to start seeing these protectors coming out with the anti reflective coating also as it makes such a difference to the viewing experience.

Facts I even bought the zagg the day before my phone came. It says anti reflective but I haven't even opened it. Once I went outside in the sun watching a video I dont think I'll install it. That's what samsung care + is for💯💯💯💯

Got it yesterday. Easy install. For me fingerprint working well. I re-registered and had a few misses but overall nails it on the first try. I'm a dry hand guy so happy with it so far.

Looks like a good alternative to the Whitestone Dome Glass in recently installed. I actually purchased the Ultraglass...but the WDG came in the mail faster and liquid adhesive setups have not given me any issues... yet. 😀

Thanks for the great review. Just bought it. I'm glad to see fingerprint works.

When testing the fingerprint sensor you should turn off face unlock - you can see it's on in all your testing because of the white ring around the front camera. It's unclear for us watching whether the unlock is so quick because of the fingerprint or if it's recognizing your face at the same time.

I’m always careful of that when testing the fingerprint sensor. When I’m specifically testing the fingerprint sensor, I make sure that the phone is facing straight up at the camera and nowhere near my face. I’m sorry if it’s not evident in the video.

I dont really worry about what kind of screen protectors, i usualy get a cheap one thats about 15 an underand it comes with multiple, what i worry about phone case and always go with a defender otter box never those fancy thin plastic cases that youtubers promote. Also the cameras protector i bought some different ones this time comapred to my s23U the camera lens protector was all just 1 piece now ive got individual ones.

I got this for my S24U and it was a breeze to install. Great screen protector. Nice video

Wow, that must be one of the easiest sp to apply video that I've seen, great test, the only thing that's a minus for me is the highly reflective screen and colour refraction. I'm sorely tempted to go for the Samsung anti glare film but drop protection must be almost zero on these? Thanks for the upload 👍

The Samsung protector does have glare. Search it This protector is very good. It's what I have on my 24 ultra.

Could you do a review of the Magic John screen protector?

Does this tempered glass show any rainbow reflection in direct skin? I have a glass protector on my phone and i see the rainbow effect in my nose and is annoying

I wish the screen protectors have the anti-reflective coating that Samsung worked so hard on. But I'm not going to rock this very expensive phone without a screen protector that's for damn well sure.

Question, does this cover the entire screen from edge to edge (ignoring the camera cutout)? I have a screen protector from Mous (because I bought it the same time I ordered my case there), but the screen protector doesn't quite cover the full width of the screen. A width of about a pixel or two on each side is exposed. I asked Mous about this, and they said it was designed with case compatibility in mind, but I feel they've definitely overdid it with the gap. Are all screen protectors like this these days?

Does this UNBREAK screen protector reduce the Corning Gorilla Armor anti reflection coating on the S24 ultra? If so or not is there anyway to test the before and after when it comes to reflections on the screen? I use my phone a lot outside and was one of the main appeals.

I don't understand your drop test. You keep hitting the same spot over and over. Shouldn't you change the spot every time it survives? Or how about dropping it close to the corners

I’m trying to keep the tests consistent with all of the screen protectors. If the screen protector can withstand 8 drops in the same location I’d say it’s one of the best. Some of these protectors shatter after the first 2 ft drop.

I’m using the Anti Reflective Screen Protector from Samsung and I love it.

Would love it if you tested the edges

So far, looks like I'll be going without a protector this time around because half the reason I'll be upgrading from my S20 to the S24U is for the anti-glare screen.

just get that samsung warranty and oopsie it whenever you want a new screen. im sure limitations apply so ya cant do it like 5 times in a year but ya know what i mean. ill try a screen protector on mine for now but im just getting that warranty.

I installed and remove multiple tempered and screen guards.. It's like bring back old screens 24 ultra without guards looks better always.

Does the Galaxy S24 Ultra display lose a lot of quality and brightness when installing Privacy Glass? I still have a question whether to choose Spigen or Ringke glass

I've installed several tempered glass protectors on my S24 Ultra since I received it on January 30th. None of them were ever able to register my fingerprints with my fingers dry. I'd have to moisten them to get them to work. I don't know how you're able to make it work right off. I now use facial recognition and a pin with fingerprints occasionally. I just hesitate to moisten them with saliva because it really is unsanitary.

Any fingerprint sensors will give you problems if you have dry skin. I would suggest turning on the extra display sensitivity and moisturize your skin.

Hard choice between this and the Torras Diamond Shield - they appear very similar (and you rated them very close in the group test). Both are at the Expensive end of the price scale, especially as they include "only" 2 covers, whereas most of the lower cost brands include 3. Paying for the fancy installation kit perhaps.

Both installation frames have a self-dusting feature for a dust free install. More companies will need to copy this feature to keep up

Literally the same screen protectors just different branding. I'd recommend the torras though. They actually have a warranty on it and will send out replacements.

@@Skyhanger I gladly paid the extra premium for that installation/pull tab frame. I can't stand trapped dust under screen, it makes go nuts. With the Torras, I was able to perfectly apply the screen without a nano dust.

I installed the LK tempered glass on my 24 ultra, I like the installation on the ultra glass, I don't like the u shaped cutout for the camera though

It will actually be easier to clean than if there was only a circle.

The glass is not glued that precisely, just look at the cutout of the camera.

Hope you also review anti-reflective screens.

@stevemustafa_91 You'll get reflections, as with any screen protector, but I'd rather have reflections and protect my screen. The ESR ones are so cheap can just try one and see what you think. I returned the anti reflective samsung film ones because of Sharp edges and I don't like camera cutouts.

The issue with these is the glass will creat a reflective layer ... pass ill run non of these as 90% of these screen protectors will be the same in effectiveness as they all claimed 9h which when actually tested on a Rockwell they all fail around a 6 and deeper deeper yet at number 7 per usual .. getting paid for reviews of the same products is silly with these your better going with something cheaper till we see anti glare/reflective screen protectors

Magsafe cases dont affect the spen, its when you attach something to it when you get the spen skips. So as long as nothing is attached to it when using the spen you will be fine

@kkarajos doubt it. It's the magnet on the accessory that messes with the spen. You just take the accessory off when you need to use the spen. What accessory are you wanting to use? A battery pack, pop socket, wallet, ?

@@JoshThompson25 I prefer a wired fast charging battery pack on the go so I'd say a wallet is my main concern. Kind of a pain to have to take it off every time. Thanks for the info, hopefully they find a workaround. I've seen some spigen reviews where it is not as bad or unnoticeable.

@@kkarajos I mean it won't make the spen unusable. The spen just won't write when it is overtop of where the magnets are so... I personally don't like the idea of the magsafe wallets because there's the chance it comes off and you loose it, if you set your phone on a table or something makes your wallet easy to grab by someone. I like my slim wallet in my front pocket at all times

In my testing I’ve seen different results

I have yet to find a tempered glass screen protector that doesn't interfere with the fingerprint reader

I always have a wallet case, I never put a screen protector on and never scratched my screen on multiple devices.

😢 cries in curved screen. My favorite screen protector for s23u is no longer being sold and I only have 2 left don't know what I will use after. The ones with the circle in the front suck I don't like those and I don't want to use the ones with the liquid adhesive 😢 guess I'll use it naked until it shatters and forced to upgrade

I've become used to full coverage screen protectors. The ones with a cutout are distracting, but full coverage ones you don't even feel them or remember they're there.

Unfortunately adding a screen protector will affect the anti reflective display of the phone.

I have watch many of your videos, thankyou for testing so many of them. Just a quick question, from your point of view, which screen protetor has overall the best performance on - good finer print sensor unlock speed + Anti reflection + cutout hole for front camera. Also do the quality of photos looks differnet when taken from cutout hole screen protector compare to a none cutout hole screen protector? Thankyou

All of the fingerprint sensors I’ve ever used won’t work well with dry fingertips because it changes the pattern on your fingers. If you keep your hands moisturized or use oils from your face you shouldn’t have any problems.

ultraglass and Torras are exactly the same. Same exact applicator/tab and squidgy. Also, they cost the same. I'm quite happy with the Torras by your recommendation. However, the Torras unlike Ultragrass withstood 81/2 feet steel ball drop without cracking in your 1hr video.

They do stop micro abrasions and scratches and protect against accidental bumps which is good for me. I wouldn't want the screen marking up.

@Lee-tt9fe it does but only slightly. I am using one now. I love the normal glass but it's just a shame that its too glossy and the fingerprint scanner only works half the time. With the samsung one it works better. It still misses but rarely. I dont personally like the feel of their screen protector but I can live with that so I dont have to turn the brightness all the way up when using it outside. My battery lasts for more than 14hrs with heavy gaming.

Not at all, I bought the screen protector myself to test it for everyone.

I usually use whitestone dome because the past notes have the curves but hard to install, whitestone dome or this one ?? Recommend please
