Ойын-сауық
I found a chunk of Amethyst and Lake Superior Agates in the biggest lake on planet earth, Lake Superior!! I trekked to a North Shore beach in search of Minnesota Gemstones and was so excited to have found not on only the state gemstone of Minnesota, Lake Superior agates, but a gorgeous and phenomenal water washed chunk of amethyst!

That amethyst was a beauty. Excellent find. And the agates too. Sooo cool.

You should tie the bucket around your waist with a leash or something. Make it long enough that you can still use it, but that way you know it won't float away when you're showing the camera everything youve found!

Watching you get so excited about your finds is totally giving me life this morning!! I know nothing about agates or rocks in general, but I’ve become a huge fan of your videos and could watch you hunt and cut these beauties all day long! Can’t wait to see you cut into some of these! 🩶
Tether that bucket my friend 🤣🤣😁. That amethyst is gorgeous 🎉🎉🎉

If I felt safe about that I might do it! 😂
Good to see Scoopy back at it. And picking up that sweet amethyst too. “Scoopy is the man!” It is the way.
That amethyst is a stunner. Also my birthstone. Years ago, while camping in southwestern Maine, my older bro and I used to go rock hunting at the many abandoned mines open to the public. We'd stop in at Perham's Maine Mineral Store at Trapp Corners for maps and advice, then head out. Always hoped to find some watermelon tourmaline, but no luck. Bit too old at 71 to go bushwacking and mountain scrambling, but I do have the memories.
Holy moley, the size if the amethyst is huge. I would have just gone home then, but you continued and found a lot more sweeties. Keek having fun!
I've watched this video three times because your happiness is so contagious. 😂 The excitement and laughter I just so genuine.❤ glad you had such a successful hunt 🎉

I enjoyed very much seeing the agates and the other ones. I love watching everyone cutting them in half. They are sooo beautiful.
Gotta see this...that's amazing! I think the bucket also needs a name and smile like scoopy.
I miss it there so much! Gosh is Lake Superior spectacular. I haven't been there in about 20 years now. I grew up in Wisconsin but I moved out West. I have every intention of getting back there as soon as I can! Gitche Gumee, Big Sea Water!
Some stunning keepers! Love the agate at 6:00. Congratulations on the Amethyst!

Those are fantastic!!! 💜🪨 We love that beach too! (we went there three times this year)
That amethyst is spectacular!
Omg that Amethyst is incredible. It was so much fun watching you find it
I have found a tiny amethyst, yours is over the top. At first glance I thought an amethyst rose! I enjoy that you are so animated. I understand, you make me smile.
Tip: Put a string on your bucket and tie it to yourself/belt or whatever, then you do`nt have to worry that the bucket shall slide away. That Amethyst was great. I think it is the first time I have seen someone find an Amethyst around that lake🤩🤔👍👍Good finds.
Tether the bucket viewer to your belt so that you won't have to swim. That amethyst was amazing. Delightful finds!

One of the best hunt videos this fall.... congrats on that amethyst beauty & happy hunting, stay warm.
Taylor when I lived in MN we took a trip up the north shore to Superior Ontario and visited an amethyst mine. Really cool. That rock may have traveled a long way!😊
You're too funny, my family thought I was the only one who got that (silly) excited while rock hounding 😂 I just love watching your adventures!😎✔ "Bobby" from Rock Bottom💥
A great day to be out there. That amethyst, wow.

Hi Taylor, love your videos and have watched them all! In puddingstone land here. Advice for the floating bucket - tie a small rope to the handle. Easier to retrieve when it starts floating away.
You need a retractable lanyard to attach to your bucket, so it doesn't get away from you.
your giggles of happiness are spreading the joy :) love it
Love watching your content! A friend shared this video earlier today. It’s her birth stone. Must have been good luck! I found an agate loaded with Amethyst. Probably the best I’ve found so far. Thank you!
⭐️⭐️⭐️ tie a string to your bucket handle and tie the other side to your belt loop then your bucket won’t float away‼️‼️👍🏻👍🏻. The bucket idea is awesome ‼️‼️
I love how excited you get. I have a suggestion about your bucket. Carabiners and cord. Attach one end to the bucket and the other to yourself. No more wandering Wilson.
So calm, great finds! I’ve never found amethyst up there, so excited for you 🎉
O my goodness, Taylor! This has been such a fun video! Who knew November on the Northshore could be so exciting!
Awesome finds!
Love your finds! What is the material that you used to replace the bottom of the bucket since it is clear? Your finds are so cool!
Put a rope on your bucket: when you found the purple I thought you were going to do a dance. Beautiful finds.
Very cool. Love your bucket with the clear bottom. Genius idea 💡
All I can say is WOW!
I love to hear your joy and excitement
Nice hunt and a beautiful place.
Oh, my, goodness golly gosh! Look at that amethyst!! What a beautiful day! Love the view finder bucket btw👍

THAT IS SO GREAT CONGRADULATIONS ON FINDING THE AMETHYST....❤😊
My husband graduated university with a degree in geology...I've been talking about this channel and one other one, he is impressed that I know about certain "rocks" because I never took an interest when he was in school 30+ yrs ago. Now I need a rock saw, tumbler and money to travel. lol
Oh man, can't wait to see the video of you cutting these open!❤
I have a amethyst skip-atom and this year I found a amethyst agate of somekind, I haven't polished the most recent one though! Anyway, that amethyst piece you just found is awesome!!! Congrats!

Great finds. Love that amethyst. 😊
So awesome!
Omg I love your quiet enthusiasm 😂
Yepper that should polish up really nice.
My Mom brought me amethysts from the mines in Thunder Bay, Ontario ..you can go there and get pieces of beautiful amethyst so maybe some washed out into Lake Superior or its part of the same vein.
Love your Superior hunt for agates, etc! And I’m jealous, as I only found 3 very small agates there this summer. I definitely need waders;) Just an FYI about your opening comments - none of the Great Lakes (not even Superior) have tides, as such. Too small to notice. However, storms and winds cause larger waves, and can contribute to “seiche,” somewhat similar to the sloshing in a bathtub, and that can be about a foot of change at times.
another great video!!!
You might get a retractable coil or even a dog leash with the loop around the handle then you can clip the leash to your belt loop, it would keep your bucket from floating to far off and you could pull it back to you.
What a day! Happy for ya dude!

So good!
You need to put leash on your bucket - attach the handle to your belt and clip the other end onto the buck handle.
You should 'dummy-cord' that bucket, paracord and a carabiner to a beltloop. if you slip and go chest-deep in the water, the surge may wash the bucket into deeper water and out of reach. 😉
Very nice!
My grandsons would have a field day there. Great finds

Smart kid!
When I go fishing, I have snap hooks all over me with my buckets and things, all on cords and elastics so that I can leave them floating around me. That way a bad wave or gust of wind can't carry it too far!
You are so funny to follow, I am screaming with you when you get a super one. Bravo
You should put one of those bungy cords parents use to keep track of their kids on your view bucket.🙃
