Hey Juan. Bit of an odd request but I’m shooting mt shot here. I was working in finance in manhattan and I got laid off because of the economy. Fuck the corporate bullshit I want to do smma but I have so many questions. How do I learn how to build the websites? Where is a script I can watch to see how you sell and the steps involved? I see many KZreadrs talking about the obvious process but not how to actually build the website and script. Can I be your intern? Haha

I think 1 grand is cheap. We sell a one pager between 5-25k. Selling a Transformation is key. You can also help your clients differentiate their offer -> more value for them. You will have to go for higher profile (premium) clients if you want to scale this profitably. You can Charge 5-25k per page and still pump out sites like a factory.

How do you prevent bad reviews? If you send the review-link to 1000 people, there are going to be bad reviews.

he’s not preventing them, he’s just using gohighlevel to not allow bad reviews to post on their google website

The only thing that confuses me with this business model is that if GHL charge you $497/month how is it profitable to charge clients $39-$99 a month for hosting? Won’t you need at least 5-10 clients to break even?

Yeah, 1k is considered low ticket. That's like install some plugins and install and modify a theme with no SEO level. This kind of website isn't going to help a buisness.

when you get a bad review thru ghl it goes to a diffrent pages and ask them what you can do better, so it does not show up on google

I’ve asked this to many people that gatekeep bad reviews on the rep management funnel and yet have gotten a direct answer. Does stopping bad reviews not go against google review gatekeeping guidelines and put the business owner at risk for FTC fines and being permanently banned from google business?
