It’s a miracle how these minute creatures live in one of the most hostile places in the world, which is the title zone!! I thought nudibranch’s were miraculous and the fact that they often live in a title zone how do you something so squishy live in such a hostile area?!?! Mother nature blows me away

They're called "Ocellus", and can sense light intensity (if I'm not mistaken they can't see formats). That's a type of sensory organ really common on small creatures

@@u.s.militia7682 As far as I know, comprehending how these ""eyes"" work is possible when we comprehend how the cells they're made of works. Then, we compare how ours are capable of sending light. We have for more specialized cells in our eyes, and far more. Sometimes ocellus can be made of 1 fotosensitive cell. So it's not sufficient to form an image.

If you look closely you’ll notice that he has 10 claws on the upper legs and 8 claws on the lower legs! How amazing is this microscope!?

I wish they were human sized cuz I would hug the hell out of it

It’s AMAZING that these tiny guys have LEGS, and not only that but their tiny “claws” actually contract during the limb’s forward motion and spread out to grip as they try to push the “foot” backward, JUST LIKE TOES! (In other words, they aren’t fixed in place, they actually can control them)

Fun fact tardigrade can live 30years without food

and this is the first time i have seen one😊😊❤😊😊❤😊❤😊 not even 1second later it is different to the waterbears i have seen in other samples😂

Its also a wild waterbear of its claws

It’s crazy how these things can survive in such hostile environments, and can go into a state of hibernation to increase it’s chances of survival if it’s in an extremely hostile environment.
