Yeah i like fans on the bedrooms, i just doesnt like the small water heater on those expensive houses, so i will deduct that small problen.. i will calculate my porcentage because i am in Brazil right now, but my mother would be interested in a house but i need to speak with her and i really interesting in costume home..
