Lizzie Wanyoike in your natural form in everything, you look absolutely beautiful and a sweet 26yrs old. Keep that natural self because it serves our youth that are busy destroying their bodies learn something. Humility and humble self maintains one's health all the way. Keep it up mom. I celebrate you belatedly.
I was really looking forward to this story seriously inspired....❤️❤️
The best mentor to have love from Uganda
Wow the dream about kindergarten...excellent......waaa saying sky is the limit is an understatement...
OMG. Wonderful. Lizzie must learn to let go for purposes of growing the Institution. This is the problem with the vision holders. Lizzie must be made to learn or understand that she is NOT immortal. She must learn from the Matiba Business Empire, The House of Manji's, and other family-based businesses. From my experience, Lizzie needs a very strong mentor like Chris Kirubu, Dr. Manu Chandaria, Dr. James Mwangi, Dr. Waregi, Dr. Evans Kidero, etc, to make her learn to let go, build & duplicate other Lizzies. She needs to learn to duplicate herself so that NIBS grows beyond the current. I am amazed that she once ran Temple College. JG did you learn that as of now, Lizzie is so opinionated to an extent that very few can provide her with the requisite advice and mentorship? Who counsels the counselors? She is used to advising and hence sees no reason to be advised. BUT SHE REALLY NEEDS TO DEVELOP AN EXIT AND/or SUCCESSION PLAN. OTHERWISE, the institution may not survive beyond her.

Thank you so much, your sentiments are highly appreciated. Lizzie has already started the process of handing over NIBS to her children. One is the acting CEO, the other is in charge of programs. In terms of counseling, I believe she is doing something about it.
Joyce this awesome kenyan super entrepreneur is an introvert even from her face one can tell. She is the true epitome of a genuine Kenyan female role model that does not go out there to the street to shout loud about women rights. Rights that are earned is so sweet and soothing like this NIBS woman of virtue. Men respect women enough and what men can do, women can do better. This 8s the testimony of that faith. 3rd gender rule is perfectly OK, Beijing conference was great but the best way to articulate your rights is by earning it. We have seen Keroche, this NIBS, the AMREF founder, VIVO, Esther Koimet, Mrs Juma, Prof. Kobia, Caroline Mutoko, Prof. Ogot, KBL M.D Prof. Ojiambo, JG and many more. Kenya has an amazing breed of go-getter that shall forever be celebrated-genuinely. JG you are one great woman of God. Keep it up sister. We love you.
