Hey Sid, the correct way to know of a youth player is Op or not is by looking at their value, If the player is worth 1mill+ then he is a baller but their starting rating also matters too, 51 plus players with High potential are also ballers

Fun fact, I used Forrest Green Rovers 2 years ago in my Career Mode and found out they're the first vegan club and they use renewable energy in their stadium and the grass with no fertilizers. Plus they're now in League 1 already. And sick kits.

Some suggestions -Try to sell some of the best youth academy players like Oakley it will be more realistic, harder and more fun. -Keep some players in the youth academy, to let them keep improving because if you promote your third goalkeeper at 16 he won’t get any playtime in the first squad and he will not improve. -Loan out everyone just trust me on this one I had a youth player who grew 10 ratings in a season on loan! -The reason you had insane ratings but a hard time surviving the premier league was because of stats and development Xavi ojeda has like 50 passing and 97 shooting so you should change his position to striker or development plan. Hope it helps.

You can easily tell by who Sid is signing to the youth academy he's never really used it before 😂

Hi Sid! Just a matter of fact, if you convert players to another position even though they only are valued at 120k$. As long as they remain within that 94 potential range, they can go from a 44 rated rb to a 65 striker.

Sid a bit of advice regarding the scouts. If you send them to thier own country they'll have better reports

When you sign your youth players put them in different positions and look at their sharpness,if they get more sharpness in a different position than their original they will get an overall boost. Edit: Oakley could have got a 5 overall boost if you converted him to a cam

I managed to get them the a UCL spot but with signing and it was hard, I can't imagine how hard it is for you to do it with only youth

I use a system with 4-2-3-1 as base. Pull down one of the CMs and use use as a CDM. The system depends of fast fullbacks.😊

Wow Ive just been playing my career mode with forest green too, after 6 years I was able to climb from 4th division to premier league. I also played the first few years only with academy players!

Rebuild a team with only youth academy players but players have to be from any other country than France, Germany, England, Spain, Portugal, Italy. I would love to see players from smaller countries. Estonia would be cool since many scouts i see in those videos have Estonia as one of the choices to scout from.

In the next yoth career sent scout in distended days ( days apart like send a scout in day 5 and another one in day 7 or 8 and other as well usually 3 days is good ) i try this method and it works
